The asia group uk lts is located in Portsmouth and Southampton city centre at south of England
As the head chef you are respincible for in managing the day to day kitchen operation whilst supervising and developing the brigade.
* writing of the rota
* running of the kitchen on a day to day basis
* supervise service ensuring presentation of food is compliant with restaurant standards.
* lead by example and offer clear direction to team
* Must have overv5 years experience in similar role
* Need to work aboard (UK)
