Types of Personal Information Collected |

The Company may require certain personal information about you, including without limitation your: (a) name; (b) email address; (c) postal address; (d) telephone number; and (e) Hong Kong residency status from you when you register with the Job852.com employment platform ("Job852.com"). In the event that you wish to upload your curriculum vitae for the purpose of applying for a job vacancy and/or for the purpose of entering a competition organised by the Company from time to time, we may also require information relating to your: (f) gender; (g) age; (h) place of residence; (i) education; (j) work experience; (k) qualifications; and (l) employment history. All of the above categories of information shall be collectively referred to as "Personal Information". |

Purpose of Collection |

We may use your Personal Information for the following purposes: (a) register you with Job852.com and manage your registration; (b) manage and process all transactions and dealings with you; (c) provide you with information relating to job vacancies, Job852.com, and/or prospective employees; (d) contact you and provide you with customer service; (e) introduce you to employers/job seekers and otherwise facilitate job applications; (f) perform research and statistical analysis; and (g) administer competitions organised by the Company from time to time, which you may enter. |

Classes of Transferees |

We may disclose job seekers' Personal Information to employers and recruitment agencies, who are registered with Job852.com and have paid the relevant subscription fees ("Registered Companies"), for the purpose of contacting you in relation to job opportunities, unless we receive an objection from you in writing. These Registered Companies are under a contractual obligation to only use your Personal Information for the purposes authorised above and not to use such information for any other purpose, including marketing purposes. If, at any time, you do not wish for your Personal Information to be transferred as outlined in this paragraph, you may communicate your objection in writing to our Data Protection Officer at Cheung Kong Network Company Limited, 12/F, 8 Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong, or by email at service@Job852.com, upon receipt of which, we will cease such transfers at no cost to you. |

Consequence of failing to provide Personal Information |

Access and Correction Rights |

Under the Ordinance, you have the right to access and correct any Personal Information that you provide to us. You may exercise this right to access and correct your Personal Information at any time, by logging into your registered account with Job852.com. Alternatively, you may request access to and correction of any Personal Information that you provide to us by writing to our Data Protection Officer by post or by email at the contact addresses provided in paragraph 3. In accordance with the Ordinance, we have the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any Personal Information access or correction request. |
