                          Responsibilities: - Maintain attendance and leave record
 - Maintain update HR filing system and staff record
 - Prepare internal correspondence such as notices, letters and memos
 - Assist in payroll calculation and MPF administration
 - Provide clerical support to the department
 - Assist in ad hoc projects
 
 Requirements: - Diploma holder in HR or related discipline
 - 2 years relevant experience, retail experience highly preferred
 - Proactive, reliable and hard-working
 - Good interpersonal and communication skills
 - Proficient in MS Office application like Word, Excel
 - Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese 
 
 5 Days work, Public Holidays, Double Pay
