Responsibilities

• Carry out daily operations of serviced apartments to deliver premier services to guests
• Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints, check in / check out, emergency cases, show flat tour and presentation and etc.
• Coordinate with the Leasing and Marketing Department on the execution of day-to-day operations of booking, procedures and marketing activities
• Provide administrative and clerical supports

Requirements

• Form 7 or above, possesses certificate or diploma holder in Hospitality/ Hotel/ Tourism or related discipline
• Minimum 2 year of guest service experience at front desk, with relevant experience in serviced apartment preferred (more experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer)
• Customer focused, well-groomed and pleasant personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, familiar with Comanche preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Immediate available
