Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team of HQ to develop, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels
• Design and implement the marketing strategy for the brands development in the region
• Assist the Business Development Director in development and implementation of new brand initiatives / launches with local and regional partners / distributors
• Develop communications campaigns and run integrated marketing plans for the assigned portfolios to ensure the brands exposure
• Provide the support for product enquires, product launches, VM guideline, trainings and promotions related activities
• Ensure the execution of on-site marketing activities
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and control A&P expenses to optimize the return of investment
• Initiate ongoing market research and analysis of trends, customers and competitors to identify market needs
• Explore marketing opportunities in Asia regions and increase market share

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing or related discipline
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in luxury products and retails; in jewelry products is advantage.
• Innovative, passionate for luxury products and knowledgeable of its future trends
• Highly analytical and familiar with web tools, experienced in Search Engine Marketing
• Able to manage complex and multiple projects within limited timeframe
• Highly self-motivated, good team player, business sensitive and respect for deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS office software (MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel); knowledge of graphic design and Photoshop is advantage.
