職位要求: |
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls/inquiries and greeting visitors;
- Assist with meetings, seminars and company events;
- Be responsible for general administrative and clerical duties;
- Handle ad hoc project as assigned;
- Keep record and update clients’ database;
- Prepare corresponding document and reports for specialists;
- Coordinate after-sale auction activities.
Requirements: - F.7 graduate or above;
- Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience;
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin;
- Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills with professional telephone manner;
- Responsible, pleasant personality;
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills;
- Immediate available is preferred.
