                          Job Responsibilities- Responsible for developing, maintenance, monitoring and supporting servers, network device, computer and other electronic related devices as well as smartphone
 - Familiarity with different systems including Microsoft Active Directory, FISMO, WSUS, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy and preferences
 - Familiarity with Window 7, window Server 2008, McAfee, Backup Exec, WebMarshal
 - Understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2010, Citrix XenApp, VMWare 5.0 x or above
 - Familiarity with Cisco ASA Firewall (5505, 5525) and switches
 - Familiarity with TCP/ IP, IPSec and MPLS
 - Provide and maintain documentation for network aspects, e.g. Network diagram, migration documentation, and daily IT related report and records such as log sheets, computer asset record, etc
 - Coach, develop, direct and motivate service provider in order to have quality service
 - Provide off-hours operational support for emergency maintenance and deployment events as request
 
  |  |   |  Requirement- Degree/ Diploma holder in Computer Sciences or IT related disciplines
 - Holder of CCNA/ MSCE certification would be an advantage
 - At least 4 years solid working experience in Desktop, Server and Network administration
 - Hand on experience in manage HP servers, routers, switches, firewall, AP and all other network peripheral
 - Hand on experience in Directory Service, DHCP, DNS and Data Backup
 - Hand on experience in designing, building and maintaining system and network infrastructure responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
 - Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
