Our client in retail industry is looking to hire a seasoned Brand Director.

Responsibilities:

• Determine strategic vision for brand and product development to meet the revenue and growth objectives of the Company
• Manage and lead the teams to create an environment of energy, quality and business excellence
• Identify key trend directions, establish pricing, promotion and distribution strategies, and execution plans to achieve KPIs and objectives
• Analyze inventory level and sales performance to achieve sales and profit targets
• Maintain close relationship with internal and external parties on planning and implementing business plans
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of brand building initiatives

Requirements:

• University graduate in merchandising, retail, business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of solid brand/ product development/merchandising experience gained within FMCG / beauty or related retail sectors
• A strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in market and trend analysis, product development and brand building
• Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and able to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner and rally others' support
• Strong in communicating with people from different background and at all levels, both internally and externally
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese.
