RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a dynamic role which requires a committed finance professional in managing the financial operations as well as business development activities.  You will be engaged with the following responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting & finance functions;
• Be involved in strategic planning with top management team;
• Lead and manage accounting system implementation;
• Ensure proper control and compliance to statutory and corporate requirements;
• Handle special financial projects as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder and Qualified Accountant;
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with solid management experience gained from professional accounting firms and/or listed companies;
• Well versed in Listing Rules, Corporate Governance and other related regulations;
• Result-driven, meticulous, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work under pressure;
• Candidates will less experience will be considered for Finance Manager
