職位要求: |
The appointee will be expected to perform administrative duties in a reputable financial institution. Duties include but are not limited to providing administration supports on training activities including coordination of course enrollment, stakeholders communication and maintenance of up-to-date training records to the system, preparing management reports and presentation decks and maintaining filing system. Applicant should have a higher diploma or above with at least 1 years of relevant office administration experience. Good command of English is essential. Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must. Knowledge in Chinese word processing is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills will be an asset to provide services to the team. Applicants should be detailed-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
