Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Solutions, the incumbent is responsible for:

• Supporting Marketing / Sales projects from pre-sales to post-sales, such as tender response, "link budget" preparation, network planning, vendors / subcontractors sourcing, and technical specification obtaining etc.
• Serving a key contact between customers, sales, vendors, and Engineering & Operations department
• Providing consultation and working with other departments / vendors to offer the best customer solutions
• Maintaining the customer inventory for on-going support services after the completion of a project

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline 
• 10 years hands-on experience in customer technical support / sales support / pre-sales in sizable organizations
• Knowledge in telecommunications technology, satellite applications and services preferred
• PMP Certificate is not essential but an advantage
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self driven and a good team player
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Sales Solutions
