Job Description

• Solicit sales for the property through planned personal calls and telephone solicitations representing potential business for hotel.
• Conduct hotel inspections for prospective clients and visitors.
• Ensure maintaining the goodwill with the guests by in-house entertainment.
• Assist management to develop the promotion generating meeting.
• Cross-sell existing and upcoming new hotels of the hotel group.
• Be aware of the market situation and competitor activities at all times to propose sustainable strategy to complete effectively in the market.
• Plan and monitor strategic sales blitz, direct mailing, telemarketing and direct sales calls to achieve the target.
• Be able to work effectively with operations staffs to assist them to deliver the highest guest’s satisfaction.

Requirement

• Degree in hotel management or related discipline
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in hotel industry
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
