職位要求: |
Key responsibilities: - Provide all-rounded office administration services of overseas offices to ensure all office related processes are effectively managed
- Ensure a healthy & safe work environment in office
- Provide secretarial and administrative supports to General Manager, Far East
- Coordinate with UK head office and local vendor to ensure IT users problems are solved properly
- Support Ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by HR & Admin Manager
Requirements: - Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
- 8 years’ office administration experience, preferably in a multinational company
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn, detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated and a good team player
