| 職位要求： |
Provide technical support (LAN, Server, tablets, smartphones, copier, desktop, NAS, UPC and etc..)
Provide ALL IT realated training/support for end users and customers
Daily system backup/monitoring and schedule.
To perform ANY general office duties as required | | | High school or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
Experience in PC hardware/software installation, networking, printer setup and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience in Windows platform (Win XP, vista & 7, Win Server 2003 & 2008)
Hands-on Mac OS is a plus
Experience on windows/exchange server administration and system support
Experience in supporting WAN, LAN, DHCP, VPN, DNS, Antivirus, backup, CRM and NAT
Excellent technical and problem solving skills
Good command in written and spoken in English, mandarin.
Responsible, independent and attention to details with creative problem solving abilities
