Responsibilities
Provide Helpdesk support to in-house users on Windows application and simple IT equipment (desktop PC, laptops, printers, etc.)
Solve in-house user daily technical problems and trouble-shooting on network, software and hardware
Handle system operation duties such as backup, report generation and other system housekeeping works
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate Holder in Computer related disciplines
Knowledge of Windows OS and MS office support
At least 1 year’s working experience in technical support
Good communication, interpersonal and user handling skills
Diligent, responsible and willing to learn
