Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement and sustain talent management programs including career and leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and organization development plan
• Undertake HR projects and initiatives as required and identifying areas for improvement within HR processes
• Contribute to effectiveness of the operation of the factory by developing and executing cost efficiency programs, cost reduction exercises and various system certification programs
• Oversees the operations of flow of goods, including management of shipping, warehouse, inventory, transportation, and custom declaration administration.

 Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years relevant experience in operations (Preferably manufacturing sector)
• Solid experience managing sales team, shipping, export team
• Excellent Interpersonal skill and able to deal with all levels 
• Able independently handle full operation process 
• Experience in upgrade and ERP system implementation 
• Proficient in Computer skills
