Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain servers and software
Review & apply application and system changes based on application change control from Project Team
Provide daily support for internal users such as system training, system upgrade, create user account & administration
Troubleshoot OS, hardware, storage, software & network problems
Monitor IT assets and server hardware management
Monitors application services and reports server related problems to Seniors
Maintain standard operations documentation
Coordinate, manage and liaise with SI vendors
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
3-5 years system administration/helpdesk support experience
Solid 1-2 years working experience in Linux Systems; Familiar with Linux platform system services: JBoss, Wildfly, Apache, Nginx
Experience on Oracle DB, MySQL DB would be preferred
Experience on VMware , HP/Dell SAN would be an added advantage
Familiar with Windows platform system service: AD, DNS, DHCP, CIFS, Anti-virus
General knowledge in TCP/IP networking and common server monitoring tools
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to work independently with limited supervision
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
