Responsibilities:
Provide excellent quality of customer service to existing and potential customers
Develop and maintain good relationship with existing or new customers
Handle enquiries, client instructions and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with internal departments to satisfy customers' needs by providing efficient feedback and best solutions
Understand client expectation and deliver first class service
Support meeting and seminar for delegated clients
Follow up test submissions and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in testing industry
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese; Other European language is an added advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficient in MS office applications including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Responsible, organized and customer-oriented
Able to handle crisis situations and multi-tasking
