Job Descriptions: Responsible for general office administrative and clerical duties Prepare quotations and follow-up orders Carry out tender preparation To handle the application form to Building Department Execute the day-to-day operations of the project team Maintain and update the data system & filing system Handle telephone/email enquiries and follow up Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties Requirements: Diploma or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience in administration or clerical work Candidate without experience would be also considered Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility & willing to learn Good command in spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin Accurate word processing in English and Chinese Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Pleasant personality, good communication & interpersonal skills Iease apply the job via Job852.com! |
