Scope of Responsibilities:

• Liaising with creative team and managers as well as stylists and media partners to create marketing and sales campaigns;
• Everyday face-to-face and online customer service and retail sales;
• Daily sales reports;
• Handling wholesale orders with designers.
• Desired Skills and Experience
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, proficient in written English and Chinese;
• Can work according to The9thMuse team leader needs and able to take on multiple tasks at the same time;
• 2-3 years experience in retail highly preferred;
• Experienced with Photoshop and photo editing preferred but not necessary;
• Well-versed with Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms;
• Daily social media marketing reports and postings;
• Strong grasp of Macs & PC for daily tasks using Excel and Word;  
• Has a love for fashion and is eager to be a good brand ambassador for The9thMuse.
