Responsibilities
Drive and execute vision and strategy of Sino Hotels in digital marketing
Drive and project manage the development of various digital platforms
Develop Group Strategic Digital Campaigns to build customer affinity and sales opportunity
Integrate digital communication with other marketing communication platforms e.g. Hotel Marketing/ CRM/ CSR/ social media to deliver a 360 degree programme
Analyze post-project / campaign findings for continuous upgrading
Consistently explore and experiment new online/ digital/ social media platforms to capture the newest trend of online consumer behavior
Support Revenue Management in media planning/buying and partnering with media agencies
Coordinate within the different Hotel Marketing teams to ensure effective communication content to drive brand awareness and bookings
Requirements
Degree holder or above in marketing/ e-commerce or related disciplines
At least 8 years of solid experience in Digital Marketing, preferable in travel and hospitality.
Proficient in digital graphic design
Proficient in Microsoft software both in English and Chinese
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
Excellent in Project Management with good analytical skills and time management
