Job duties
Responsible for accounting and data entry for accounting workflow, checking bills and preparation expense reports
Good command in filing system and maintain financial records
Update and maintain human resources records, including full-time and part-time employees
Assist in reviewing human resources policies and procedures
Manage daily office administration work including handling insurance packages, reviewing services contracts and update administrative filing
Requirements
Accounting Diploma (or equivalent) with LCCI Level III or above
Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
Positive attitude, independent, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
Proficiency in MS Office applications is required, good IT knowledge is an advantage
Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
At least 2 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping
