Responsibilities

• Provide internal IT support to the whole company
• Perform technical hardware/software operations support; installation, maintenance and testing
• Handle installation & configuration of software & hardware (server, desktop, laptop, printer, network devices, etc.)
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors or suppliers on quotation for setup, implementation, repair and maintenance of IT hardware & software
• Perform server & network administration
• Responsible for user training and monitor hardware and network equipment performance
• Liaising with 3rd party (IT outsourced company) to support services

Requirements

• University degree in IT or another analytical discipline
• A minimum of 4 years related work experience in an IT Support role (in banking/financial industry is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop OS, Office and Server
• Strong communication skills (Mandarin is a must, English and Cantonese)
• Managing projects and meeting deadlines
• Prior experience in office relocation and renovation projects will be an advantage
• Mature, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Responsible, detail-minded, proactive and capable of handling multi-tasks
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediately available definitely an advantage
