Responsibilities:
• Supervise & develop a strong retail team to achieve sales target
• Manage monthly stocktaking for all POS
• Provide trainings such as brand history , product training, selling skills, etc. to shop staff
• Devise and submit monthly roster & payroll
Qualifications
• High Diploma in business related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of department stores experience in related field is preferred
• Good in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) & experience in ERP
