Responsibilities:
-Lead a small team to perform selling activities (prospecting, business case development and implementation planning) to meet and exceed the overall sales targets and objectives for the territory;
-Develop and drive sales strategies to identify and close both cross sell and up-sell opportunities in order to grow profitable revenue;
-Develop strong business and personal relationships with key customers and influencers to get introduced to additional new target business;
-Develop and drive new sales initiatives to achieve company objectives;
-Develop, manage and grow a balanced pipeline of one time and recurring revenue opportunities;
-Drive sales and account servicing excellence;
Qualifications and Experience Required:
-Possess a bachelor degree or above in relevant discipline;
-At least 8 years relevant experience in business development and solutions sales;
-3-5 years IT solutions sales background in related field with track record of success;
-Possess strong leadership skills and business acumen and should be able to motivate the team in order to drive business growth;
-Solutions sales background including selling systems and/or software, giving detailed presentations, and leading customer engagement. Knowledge of Payment or Fraud & Cybercrime business is highly preferred;
-Ability in selling to Banks customers, will need good executive rapport and be comfortable with in person sales situations;
