Description:

1. Developing new clients and maintaining a good relationships with the existing clients
2. Use variety of sources to search and specify candidates upon request.
3. Contact & invite candidates for interview.
4. Interview candidates, then provide potential candidates to clients.
5. Find, discuss, consult for clients to recruit suitable candidates.
6. Develop network and update market.

Required Experience:

1. Love to work in Human Resources Consulting business.
2. Ability to make relationship with clients and candidates is preferable.
3. Having experience in HR is preferable.
4. Have good experience in using social network relate to Human Resource.
5. Proactive, outgoing, self-motivated, independent, confident and with a strong business ethics.
6. Good negotiable, communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Good command of English or Japanese, and Cantonese or Mandarin.
8. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Consultant Trainee.
