Key responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations and month/year-end closing, full set of accounts;
• Responsible for daily cash flow management & bank loan facilities;
• To prepare regular inventory reports and cost control for management review;
• Communicate proactively with warehouse and retail shops for operations and inventory control issues;
• Assist in handling company secretarial records and tax related matters;
• Liaise with external auditor and banker;

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder or above in Accounting / HKIAAT / HKICPA / ACCA student member or equivalent;
• Min. 2 years' accounting / audit experience, preferably in jewellery retail industry is an advantage;
• Able to work independently, with strong analytical mind and good communication skill;
• PC proficiency, MS Office, Word, Excel, Chinese typing;
• Knowledge in Flex / FION is essential;
• Immediately available;
