職位要求:

Job Description

You will be the key person for providing full spectrum of clerical & administrative support for the sales operation team:

  • Responsible for general administration work, including filing, documenting and copying
  • Monitor and process data with the order management system for Mobile service order
  • Handling staff record control including schedule leave administration and attendance records
  • Organize, maintain and update office files and records systematically.
  • Assisting Sales Operation team in coordination and supporting
  • To participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by the Supervisor

  • At least Form 5 graduate or above
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in office administration, experience in telecommunication is a definite advantage
  • Responsible, well-organized and self-motivated person with good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of Mobile Products and service
  • Able to work under pressure with tight schedule
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
