職位要求: |
Job Description You will be the key person for providing full spectrum of clerical & administrative support for the sales operation team: - Responsible for general administration work, including filing, documenting and copying
- Monitor and process data with the order management system for Mobile service order
- Handling staff record control including schedule leave administration and attendance records
- Organize, maintain and update office files and records systematically.
- Assisting Sales Operation team in coordination and supporting
- To participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by the Supervisor

- At least 2 years relevant experience in office administration, experience in telecommunication is a definite advantage
- Responsible, well-organized and self-motivated person with good problem-solving and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Mobile Products and service
- Able to work under pressure with tight schedule
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
