工作內容 / Job Duties :

負責店舖日常運作及提供客戶服務
Mainly support store daily operation and provide customer service
保持貨場整潔及負責倉庫整理
Ensure stock room and floor is well organized in company standard
提供服務和處理客人查詢及疑問
Providing customer service on floor, act as an adviser in responding customer's inquiry

入職要求 / Requirements :

中五或以上 / 擁有香港合法工作資格
Valid Hong Kong work permit
良好服務技巧及工作態度
Good customer service skills with a can do attitude
對客戶服務工作充滿熱誠
Passion to pursue career in customer service field
經驗不拘，具相關銷售或顧客服務經驗更佳
Experience working in apparel retailers is preferable
