                          Responsibilities: - Provide secretarial and administrative support;
 - Book keeping, handle vendor invoices, prepare vouchers;
 - Review accounting vouchers, documents/reports prepared by PRC subordinates;
 - Prepare timely financial and management reports, budget, cash flow analysis and statutory accounts;
 - Assist in formulating internal control policies and procedures;
 - Liaise with counter-parties e.g. vendors, banking officers, auditors and other service providers;
 - Ad-hoc duties as required.
 
 Requirements: - Diploma in Accounting /Administrative or equivalent;
 - Retail experience is preferred;
 - LCCI Higher or above holder is preferred;
 - 3-5 years’ accounting and administrative experience;
 - Mature, attentive to details, analytical minded and able to work under pressure;
 - Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills;
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office.
