Responsibilities:

• Provide Daily System Health Check, Batch Job Process
• Need to work on shift duty to handle 3rd tier client support
• Manage the CDN infrastructure
• Manage the overall cloud infrastructure including Cloud, Network, Storage
• Systems and solution design of new solutions to meet market/client needs
• Automate and streamline operations and processes
• Contribute to system architecture design

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of relevant experiences
• Knowledge of Linux command line is a must
• Detail-minded work style. Implement procedures to self-check and self-correct to prevent errors from reaching users
• Communicate technical details with users in a concise, appropriate and timely manner
• Knowledge of basic computer hardware installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of setting up web servers infrastructure to serve contents quickly (CDN, Anti-DDOS knowledge) and to ensure website availability. Offer technical support professionally
• Experience with NGINX is a plus
• 24 x 7 shift duties are required
• Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) communication is a must. English communication is also required in technical aspects
• Able to work independently
