Job Descriptions:

1. Able to lead the team and participate in new client pitching.

2. Capable to provide new and innovative creative direction and concept.

3. Able to provide direction to 2D/3D creative work, supervise all the production and copy writing accordingly.

4. Familiar with the material use and ensure the consistency from design to final production.

5. Good presentation skills.

6. Able to keep high creative quality, understand the industry and know the marketing trends.

7. Able to train and manage the team’s needs.

8. Manage multiple projects from concept through completion

9. Work closely & efficiently with the marketing to develop solutions that effectively meet marketing strategies and/or company objectives, as well as timelines and budgets

Requirements:

1. 5 or more years of experience in n design/advertising agency and/or digital campaign

2. Ability to meet deadlines and work under tight schedule;

3. Communications in high quality manner

4. Be familiar with 2D and 3D drawing software;

5. Have experience in ATL/BTL activities, brand promotion, and Shopping mall promotion;

6. Master in Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign

7. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Creative Director

Remuneration:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification. Benefits including 5-days work, MPF, Medical Scheme, Annual Leave, Double Pay and Project Bonus will be offered to successful candidates.
