職位要求: |
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relation, payroll, training and office administration activities; Manage on-boarding and off-boarding procedures and maintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.; Handle basic HR enquiry from staff; Assist in general administration duties for all outlets and office; Liaise and coordinate with various working parties and internal departments; Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS: Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline; 2 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration; HR experience in fast pace industries is preferred, e.g. retail, F&B, property management; Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislation; Strong in PC skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point; Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin; Proactive team player with good communication skills; Self-motivated, well organized and detail minded; Able to handle multi-tasks, reliable and organized; Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility ; Immediate availability is highly preferred
