Responsibilities Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirement Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production Handle merchandising related documents Arrange sample submission to customers for approval Handle merchandising related documents Communicate and prepare meeting with suppliers/buyers for USA customers Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements Form 5 or above Experience in Sweater for USA market Minimum 8 years' relevant experience and at least 3 years in Senior level Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Literate in Microsoft office programs China travel is required
