Main tasks and responsibility

1. Understand our brand position and service strategy, offer an excellent support and service performance which is at, or beyond, customers’ expectations. Tasks include, but not limited to, installation, customer repairs of home appliances, project management and site supervision, technical support for designers/contractors, customer claim response, product training, service data collect, client visits.

2. Constantly optimize customer service processes and implementation.

3. Create and keep a close long-term relationship with Developers, as well as with end-customers in individual circumstances, able to identify the proper / useful requests out of all requests from customers.

4. Supervision of project construction and installation at Sky Oasis Macau.

5. Direct Intervention anytime on technical inquiries in relation to installation, operation, repair and maintenance of V-ZUG appliances.

6. Project management, surveillance (including timing on delivery, installation, commissioning) in terms of mock-up order, display / demonstration sample, bulk order.

7. Be a technical representative for Developer, End Customer and during promotional activities (fairs, shows, etc.)

8. Active collaboration with V-Zug team on all technical/documentation issues

9. Pro-active gathering of needs for improvement for product handling and functions from the market / customers.

10. Timely reporting of working activities to Chief Executive other duties assigned by Management as required.

Key Requirements

1. Degree in electrical engineering and electrical License preferred, with experience project management and also in repair and servicing both individual and project customers.

2. Wide knowledge and practical experience in project management & installation, repair and maintenance for household appliances, preferably with luxury Brands.

3. Experienced in large Real Estate Projects regarding Installation & Commissioning.

4. Computer skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

5. Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin as a plus).

6. Organizational talent and excellent team player.

7. Able to act very self-driven and independent.

8. Reliable and flexible.

9. Position will mainly be based in Macau.

10. Travel in the territory required. Specifically between Macau and Hong Kong.
