- Diploma or higher certification in IT related courses

- 2 years or above in IT support role

- PC, Mac, Win servers, Network equipment,etc

- Server, Firewall, and advanced IT/network skill is an advantage

- Strong IT trouble shooting skills and communication skill with clients

- Hard working and able to work independently

- Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT support technician
