職位要求: |
Responsibilities: Fully responsible for managing all round HR and Administrative functions in Philippines factory; Provide full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relation, payroll, training and office administration activities; Oversee the administrative operations and office support services; Formulating, implementing and reviewing HR and Administrative policies and procedures; Responsible for analyzing, compiling and preparing management reports; Coordinate staff relations activities; Liaise and coordinate with various working parties and internal departments; Undertake other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements: Degree in Human Resources Management or related field; 5 years or above relevant working experience; Experience in offshore garment manufacturers is highly prefer; Experience in Philippines is a plus; Strong attention to details and ability to be multi-tasking; Mature, good interpersonal skills, well-organized and able to work under pressure; Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English; Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.
