Responsibilities:

• Work with various departments and business partners to identify frontline training and development needs

• Help cascade proven service excellence and selling techniques to frontline staff

• Produce training materials 

• Conduct appraisals

• Create documentations of training activities  
  

Requirements:

• Highly motivated, a “people” person, able to work in a team

• 2-4 years of work experience in service/retail sector, previous experience in a managerial or training role a plus

• Higher Diploma, Degree holder will be an advantage

• Can travel to various Shell oil filling stations in Hong Kong and/or Macau to conduct onsite training

• Can work flexible hours

• Able to work under a tight timeline and with different strata of people

• Can read and write English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
