Responsibilities and Duties

• Seek out and establish new business relationships with Colored Gemstone Dealers, Jewelry Manufacturers, and Jewelry retailers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other countries in Asia

• Provide service to existing business relationships with all established EMCO Trading Limited Hong Kong and Mainland China clients, as well as established clients located in other Asian countries

• Provide consulting expertise to both new and existing clients concerning inventory, care and maintenance, marketing, and reordering of Colombian Emeralds

• Manage daily operations of the EMCO Trading Limited office including, care and maintenance of in house Colombian Emerald Inventory, marketing, accounting, and employee communication

• Conduct job interviews and evaluate candidates for future office and sales staff that will be added

• Create and Execute the EMCO Trading Limited operational plan for three major Hong Kong Jewelry Shows as well as additional shows in Mainland China and other countries in Asia and follow up on leads generated

• Maintain communications with the main office in New York, USA and the branch office in Bogota, Colombia

• Identifying potential investors for EMCO Trading Limited Colombian Emerald mining operation in Colombia

Qualifications

• Must have gemological knowledge and experience to be able to identify and describe the characteristics of Natural Colombian Emerald

• Must have 8 years or more experience in cutting, handling, caring for, and maintaining Colombian Emeralds

• Must have 8 years or more of Colombian Emerald mining industry experience

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to manage and lead a team

• Must be proficient in English and Spanish

• Must be proficient in office computer applications
