Key Responsibilities :
l Perform all-round HR functions including recruitment, attendance records, leave record, payroll management, handling returns and medical claims
l Prepare regular HR reports for management review
l Provide general office administration support, i.e. Office supplies and maintenance service
l Provide support in ad-hoc projects and assignments
l Organizing staff events and activities
Requirements :
l Diploma or above
l Experience in administration or/and HR field
l Good knowledge of labour-related laws
l Proficiency in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
l Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
l Immediate availability is preferable
