- General reception duties including email inquiries, incoming calls, and greeting clients in a professional and polite manner
- Supporting daily operation and maintaining on-time performance
- Handle receptionist duties of answering phone calls and enquiries, client bookings, payment transactions and data entry
- Take care of counter orders and reports
- Proactive and outreaching with effective communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, flexible, self-motivated and well-organized
- Good interpersonal skills with friendly and cheerful attitude
- Proficient in MS Office applications & familiar with POS system is an advantage
