Requirements- 2-3 years relevant experience in operation department.
- Experience in shipment coordination and full set arrangement
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, organized, responsible be a good team player.
- Work and report to supervisors.
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities- Prepare full set document , invoice/ bill of lading and communicate with overseas offices
- Daily Communicate with local and overseas clients, carriers.
- Monitor the shipments on a daily basis, deal with any issues that may have occurred.
