Job responsibilities :

· Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

· Maintain smooth operation of service counter

· Answer walk-in customers for general enquiries

· Execute administrative duties, make bookings and online collections

· Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary

Requirements :

· Fluent English and Cantonese

· Experience in Beauty therapy or customer service is preferred

· Positive and sincere attitude

· Strong communication skills and interpersonal personality
