Responsibilities

• Working on site and support the project team on communicating with all designers, external furniture vendors and clients, to ensure all technical drawings are properly produced and filed with all technical data according to the company standard.
• To coordinate and produce full set of technical drawings for fitting-out and renovation project.
• To communicate and liaise with all in-house staff, site supervisors, project managers and clients to ensure all technical drawings are produced and filed up to the requirement of the management.
• Occasionally assisting project team to follow up in all aspects, such as: material handling, site coordination and follow-up procedures, etc.
• Attend meetings to discuss the progress of the projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Interior Design, architecture or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in fitting-out and related filed.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Familiar in AutoCAD drawing & producing interior design details & construction drawings.
• Knowledge on BIM will be an advantage.
• Detail-minded, willing to learn, self-motivated, responsible, initiative and creative.
• Immediate available is preferred.

• Attend periodic project meetings

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Interior Design / Project Management / Construction Engineering or related studies.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction & interior.
• Experience in interior fitting out works is preferable.
• Hands-on application and skills on interior design software, such as AutoCad, Photoshop, etc
• Familiar with Hong Kong construction and building related legislation and submission process
