Responsibilities
Familiar with the whole process of customer service, good attitude and flexible sales techniques
Develop loyal customer base and build long term relationship through engaging every client with quality relationship management
Deal with overseas and local customers
Handle customer complaints independently and ensure customer satisfaction
Have clear product knowledge including fabric, material used, features.
Requirements
2 years or above relevant sales experience in retail industry
Secondary School graduate or above
Effective planning and forecasting of sales performance.
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Willingness to learn, energetic, proactive and presentable
Customer oriented, responsible, pro-active, cheerful and good team player
