Responsibilities:
- To serve in a key technical role to fully implement and maintain Dynamic AX ERP
system to support business operations
- Actively participate in cross-facility teams to develop and implement the ERP system
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and processes to improve
operational efficiency and enhance end user experience
- Provide on-going system support and end user training,
and develop reports as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT administration or related disciplines
- Solid experience in ERP system, with exp. in technical support for ERP system
in production environment is a definite advantage
- Experience/Certification in Dynamic AX and MS SQL Database is preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
