Responsibilities:
· Involve in the end-to-end HRIS project management
· Liaise with internal or external parties to support on system change
· Assist to manage the project timetable and flag up issues or concerns in the progression of the project
· Develop and maintain project documentation including but not limited to project plans, UAT plans and scripts, etc.
· Co-ordinate and assist to design and execution of testing cases
· Perform UAT and ensure deliverable meet requirements
· Performs other duties and projects in other HR areas as assigned
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or equivalent
· Minimum 1 years’ HRIS experience
· Experience with SAP and Kronos is an advantage
· Good understanding of HR practices as well as Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
· Strong project management, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations
