職位要求:
Duties:
Accountant (Educational Services) Finance Department
(Reference No.: ACCES/FD/05-19)
- Prepare financial modelling of new initiatives
- Assist management to establish KPI
- Facilitate project implementation
- Assist management to develop and keep track of short-term and long-term budgets
- Drive budgeting process and responsible for business and financial analysis
- Prepare financial materials for presentation to external and internal stakeholders
- Provide daily accounting support to new schools/projects at start up stage or as required
- Provide accounting guidance to school clerks/centre manager in Hong Kong and Macau
- Contribute to streamline and implement accounting best practices
- Involve in system implementation and automate report generation process
- Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the supervisor and management

Requirements:
- Understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
- Degree holder with CPA qualification
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with FP&A or project administration capacity
- Experience in audit, accounting, consulting or NGO is an advantage
- High proficiency in accounting systems, Excel, Access, Powerpoint
- Detail minded, good analytical, problem solving and report writing skills
- Independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and verbal), knowledge of
Putonghua is an advantage
