Responsibilities

• Team up with quality assurance team in food safety operation policies and guidelines development and improvement (factory/store)
• Monitor and maintain food safety standard of stores and conduct hygiene and quality audit in stores; follow-up the cases when it is needed 
• Frequent store visit is required  
• Coordinate and participate quality assurance and hygiene training to staff
• Assist factory quality assurance monitoring
• Assist in other and ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements 

• Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, exposure of restaurant / food store inspection will be an advantage
• Familiar with quality assurance systems (5S/HACCP/ISO22000)
• Knowledge of food laws and food regulations
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Able to speak and write Japanese will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Working hours: 0730-1730 including 1 hour lunch break, shift holiday 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Food Quality Assurance Officer
